COMPETITION NUMBERS – CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION
The technical information center (TIC) is located inside Tampere Stadium. The easiest way to access the TIC is from the central section of the parking area on Ratinan rantatie. Upon entering, the TIC is on the left-hand side.

At the technical information center, you will receive your competition envelope, which includes your competition number. The envelope must be picked up 90 minutes before the start of your event, and this also serves as your participation confirmation.

The TIC opens at 14:00.

COACHES’ PASS – ENTRY TICKET
The athlete’s envelope contains a coach’s accreditation card. This card is intended for the athlete’s coach or representative. It grants access to the warm-up area on the upper level and the stadium’s spectator areas.

COACHES’ SEATING

Coaches may enter the area behind the advertising boards for the following events. Entry is only via call room together with the athletes. Exit via mixed zone immediately after the event. Only one coach per athlete is allowed.
Discus, hammer, high jump, pole vault, 1500 m and 3000 m steeplechase.
In long jump and triple jump, coaches may watch the competition at the field level under the tribune. Entry also in this case only via call room with the athletes.

CALL ROOM
Access to the field is only through the call room. The call room is located on the upper level of the stadium.

Athletes are not allowed to use any electronic devices in the competition area. During the competition, these devices must be kept in a bag.

OFFICIAL AND PERSONAL THROWING EQUIPMENT
The organizers provide a comprehensive selection of throwing equipment.

An athlete may bring up to 2 personal throwing implements to the competition. The implements must have been officially inspected previously and will be rechecked by the organizers. The equipment must be brought to the TIC at least 90 minutes before the start of the event. If an athlete brings implements for inspection less than 90 minutes before the start of the event, we will not accept the implement.

All athletes participating in the event have the right to use the approved throwing implements. Personal throwing implements can be collected from the throwing area immediately after the competition. Unclaimed implements can be picked up from the competition office.

3 heats: first 2 from each heat and 2 fastest times.
2 heats: first 3 from each heat and 2 fastest times.

TRAINING IN THE STADIUM
You can train in the stadium at the following times:
Saturday 15-21
Sunday 9-12
Use of throwing implements is not allowed.

CHANGING ROOMS
Athletes’ changing rooms are located on the second floor of the stadium.

EXITING THE COMPETITION AREA
In field events, athletes will be guided off the field through the mixed zone after their event. In running events, athletes will also exit the field via the mixed zone. Athletes’ gear baskets are located at the end of the mixed zone.

Athletes may use the restrooms during the competition. Permission from an official is required to access the restrooms.

ATHLETE INTRODUCTIONS
In running events, athletes will be introduced at the starting line, approximately 2 minutes before the start. In field events, introductions will be conducted in an organized manner, about 2–4 minutes before the event begins.

FIRST AID
The first aid station for athletes is located near the 60 m start line, under the stadium’s grandstand.

PROTESTS
An oral protest regarding a result must be made immediately to the event referee.

If the athlete disagrees with the referee’s decision, the athlete or their representative may submit a written protest to the jury of appeal. The protest must be submitted to the competition office. The deadline for submitting a protest is 30 minutes after the results are published.

The fee for a written protest is 100 euros, payable at the time of submission. Payment can be made by cash or card. If the protest is not upheld, the 100 euro fee will not be refunded.

The jury of appeal will provide a written decision, which is final. The decision can be obtained from the competition office.

ANTI-DOPING
SUEK anti-doping agency will be present at the event. If an athlete is called for a doping test, they must bring a photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport). The athlete may bring one assistant with them to the test if desired.

TECHNICAL MEETING

There will be no technical meeting. Instead, you can send questions to the competition director by email at the latest at 12.00 on the day of the competition.

WIRELESS NETWORK
There is a free wireless network at the stadium called “Seutu Wireless.” You can connect by logging in with your phone number or email address.
